Class Packages

All class packages become active on the day of purchase.

·       Single Drop-In passes expire 1 month from the date of purchase.

·       5 class packages expire in 3 months from the date of purchase.

·       10 class packages expire in 4 months from the date of purchase.

·       20 class packages expire in 6 months from the date of purchase.

·       Welcome packages expire in 2 months from the date of purchase.

·       Single Open Pole passes expire 1 month from the date of purchase.

·       3 Open Pole package expires 2 months from the date of purchase.

·       Monthly Class Membership and Unlimited Open Pole Membership auto-renews every 30 days. You can cancel your membership any time before your next billing date. Please make sure to e-mail hi@everybodysnimble.com at least 1 business day prior to your next auto-renew to cancel. Unused passes are not eligible for extensions or reactivations.

Expired Classes

Expired passes may be reactivated for $5 per pass.

·    Please email hi@everybodysnimble.com to request a reactivation and pay the fees.

·    Reactivated passes expire one month from the date of reactivation.

·    Passes are not eligible to be reactivated more than once.

·    Reactivation does not apply to monthly memberships.

·    Up to 5 passes can be reactivated for free with the purchase of a 5, 10, or 20 class package. After you have purchased a new package, please email hi@everybodysnimble.com to reactivate your expired passes. You must send notification within two days of purchasing your new package to reactivate the expired passes for free. The reactivated passes will expire one month from the date of reactivation, not at the same date of the newly purchased package.

Class Transfers

Class or package transfers between students are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any class 8 hours before the class start time to receive the class credit back to your account. This policy applies to Open Pole passes as well. If you cancel within 8 hours of class start time, this is considered a late cancellation and you will lose your class credit. Please plan accordingly. This is necessary in order to keep the space available for those who can attend.

No-shows

Class no-shows are considered a late cancellation. We do not refund class passes for no-shows.

Late Policy

Please do not be late. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your class. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the class start time, you will not be admitted into the class. This is done for your own safety and in order not to disrupt a class in progress. Classes for which you are late will not be returned to your account or refunded. This policy applies to all classes. The late policy does not apply to Open Pole sessions.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases. This includes Single Drop-In passes, Class Packages, Workshops, or Social Events.

Privacy Policy

You are not allowed to film or live stream during class, whether you are an instructor or a student. Please do not film or photograph anyone, including other students or instructors, without their explicit permission. The instructor may allocate a time during class for filming purposes.
